Our church is blessed with a fine team of young sportsmen who are active participators and champions called "The King's Men" .This Vibrant team comprises of talented cricketers from the congregation. The King's Men are made up of young and energetic players. The team excels in all formats of the game; that is batting, bowling and fielding. Each game is played fiercelessly but with humility and interegratory. Their excellent performance is attributed to each members passion for the sport.
The team competes against other churches in the Christian Premier League and is currently performing very well in its first season. The team captain is Riccardo Moodley and is assisted by vice captain Bradley Gopalldass. The King's Men strive to reflect Christ like values in the cricket that they play and through their lives. The goal of having a cricket team at Faith Centre is three fold. Firstly is to engage the members in a Healthy lifestyle by offering a recreation, secondly is to keep drugs, alcohol and negative influence at bay and thirdly is to promote fellowship amongst other churches.
